Wedding Bells

This is an exciting week! My mom's nephew is getting married to... My Pet Stylist! (she is SO much more than a dog groomer).

Congrats to Chuck and Shanna!

It is with regrets that I must decline attending, but I don't fly well. I must admit I am looking forward to some guy time with MJ while my mom is in Tahoe.

A Milestone

I went to see Dr. Buffington for my yearly check-up. As most of you know, I am rather large for a Bichon. Well, it appears I am now even bigger. I am now taking the preventative heartworm medication for dogs 25-50 lbs!

I've been walking with my mom, but she has started running again, and my short legs can't keep up! My goal is to get back to my original heartworm meds for dogs 12-25 lbs.

Gracie spent last weekend here, while Lindsey was in Colorado. It rained the whole time, but we got to run around the pond once... I let her beat me.

It has been quite a summer! A couple of months ago I accidentally tripped my mom, and she fell and hurt her head. She's alright now, but we did get to spend some quality time together while she recouperated. It was great, people were coming by with burgers from Wendy's and ice cream, even steaks!

When it first happened, and my mom woke up and got to her phone, things got exciting! Lindsey came right over and was very calm. Then my mom's best friend Cindy got here, and she waved her arms around and kept saying, "Holy Mother of Glory!!". It was funny & even my mom laughed.

Now things are back to normal, and my mom and I are trying to shed those pounds we gained during July and August. We both miss the snacks that were brought to us!

Whew! Sorry for such a delay in my posting adventures, but I forgot my password!

See the kid in the stripes? That's my friend Wes, who came all the way from Kentucky to see me! We had so much fun taking walks and playing Chase the Snoop.

And... I even taught him how to go out my doggie door! I can't wait for him to come back to Texas!

This is another one of my friends, Chloe. She loves to play Tug as much as I do. Sometimes I just plop my big self down and let her pull me around with the rope! She is strong for her size, maybe it is because of something my mom once said Chloe seemed like she was on... something called 'crack'.


Her mom says that Chloe usually doesn't like other dogs, but we get along fine. Once I gave her a pink squeak purse, and she gave me a pirate collar with skulls and crossbones!! My mom says it gives me something called Street Cred. All I know is now I have major swag.

When Gracie comes over, we like to watch the pond and ducks while my mom works on the computer. Then I get a chance to blog!

My Best Friend

Gracie is by best friend. We have so much fun together, and, although we live in different houses, she is like a sister to me.

But not like at the bad puppy mill, where my sister was also my mother.
